About Me…
Be seen. Be heard. Be supported in your growth and healing.
At Lesley Nightingale Psychotherapy, I offer a calm, compassionate space where you don’t have to hold everything together. I understand how overwhelming it can feel when your mind is full of circling thoughts or when you’ve had to stay strong for others while feeling unseen or disconnected from yourself.
I hold a Doctor of Chiropractic, a Master’s in Counselling Psychotherapy, a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology and Psychology and spent two decades working in health, wellness, and the corporate world. I bring both insight and expertise to support your unique process. My work is grounded in an integrated, trauma-informed approach — blending EMDR, EFIT, somatic awareness, CBT, psychodynamic, and parts work — helping you uncover patterns and strengths that guide you toward balance, clarity, and an evolving sense of self.
I’m deeply dedicated to the individuals I work with and believe in our shared capacity to face what’s hard while also making space for laughter, lightness, and connection. You’ll be met with honesty, warmth, and genuine care as you move toward lasting change and self-understanding.
Outside of my work, I enjoy cooking, travelling to new places, and spending time in nature. Life at home is full and grounding, shared with my husband, two teenagers and our golden retriever.
How I Will Support You Through the Process
Safety and Trust — creating a gentle, nonjudgmental space where you can be seen and heard exactly as you are
Healing and Resilience — helping you process difficult experiences and build strength at your own pace
Clarity and Connection — guiding you to understand yourself and your relationships better, so you can move forward with confidence
